Items will be packaged in a robust postal tube or hard backed envelope.
UK Delivery – we dispatch all our items same day via Royal Mail Second Class post, although First Class can be available upon special request.
International Delivery – International Standard (delivery aim 5-7 working days) Europe
– International Standard (delivery aim 7-12 working days) Rest of the world

***FEEDBACK***

Our return policy is simple –

If your order is wrong and it is our fault we will replace/refund the item.
If the item is faulty or damaged in transit we replace/refund the item,
but please let us know within 7 days and return back to us.
If for any reason the problem is your fault i.e incorrect details sent (name,
delivery address, colour etc) then unfortunately due to the fact all our items
are made to order we cannot offer a refund/replacements.
