How to Access Your Files:
Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for download. Please use a desktop or mobile web browser (like Chrome or Safari), as downloads are not supported through the Etsy app. To download, log in to your Etsy account, go to “Purchases and Reviews,” and click the “Download Files” button next to your order.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or cancellations are only possible if the files have not yet been downloaded. If you happen to buy the same item more than once, I’m happy to refund the duplicate purchase. At this time, I do not offer file exchanges.
