We Use Oracle 651 Which is a Premium 6 year outdoor Vinyl. All Decals Are Professionally Die-Cut Decals. These Decals Do not have a Background or Clear Backing. 3 layer decal; Top=Transfer tape, Middle=Vinyl, Bottom=paper backing. These Decals adhere to any smooth non-porous surface. A Very Detailed instruction sheet on installation will be included with the purchase(Seller is not responsible for any mishaps you may have with installing the decal).
